Our Executive Chef, Ken W., devoted himself over 18 years to continuously studying and cooking the Japanese cuisine. He passionately loves the Japanese cuisine and highly respects the traditional spirit behind the Japanese food, "Natural & Harmony". This principle has been well penetrated into the entire crew and every dish we made. We endeavor to deliver the freshest and best natural flavor of food to our customers. We believe the ingredients and dishes must be in harmony with each other, so to make a wonderful meal. Therefore we put extra effort on searching the best quality of ingredients, most of them reach our restaurant freshly everyday in the morning. And also like rice, we put extra cost to select a top-end Japanese rice which is very soft and tender that we think it is best suit to make our sushi.

It is said, "Eating is Enjoyment". We cook with our hearts to provide delicious and high-quality food for our customers. Ken has been traveling Japan and many other countries to explore various styles of Japanese food, especially studying the trendy way of Japanese cooking and would like to introduce them to New Orleans.
